Beginning Quilting Part 1 - Cutting & Piecing
Have you always wanted to learn to quilt and didn't know where to start? Or do you have a budding sewist that you'd like to help get started? This class will focus on the basics - reading a pattern, cutting, pressing and piecing square blocks. We will be using a simple placemat pattern and will provide a kit with the pattern and all the fabric you need for the top. You just need to bring your sewing machine and tools!
A follow-up class will teach the basics of machine quilting and binding
