2023 - 04/01 - "A Cup of Joe with Michael" - Intro to the use of color value in collage - Sat 4/1/2023 10am-4pm
Join us as we explore the importance of color value in art quilting while Michael leads us through making the collage wall hanging - "A Cup of Joe".
As part of the class cost you will be provided with a kit of 13 shades of pre-fused fabric in your choice of Brown or Blue/Green to create your image, as well as fabric for the foundation of the collage.
You do NOT need to bring a sewing machine to this class

| Requirements: | The supply list will also be emailed a few days prior to the class SUPPLIES: Required kit which includes 13 pre-fused fat eighths in a range of color shades and fabric for collage foundation. There are two color choices - Brown or Blue/Green. Pencil Sharpie Iron and pressing surface Scissors for cutting small shapes Masking or Painters tape Tweezers Sewing machine is NOT required for this class |

| Instructor Bio: | Michael started quilting in 1999 and has been involved in all facets of the quilting industry from piecing to longarm quilting to fabric dyeing to ruler manufacturing to fabric sales repping to teaching. Known most for his own line of acrylic quilting rulers, the invention of the Longarm Line Minder, and his YouTube quilting tutorials, Michael also runs an online shop and website when he is not quilting for customers and teaching.
