Cancellation Policy

Please read our cancellation policy carefully:

  • In the case that you are unable to attend the class, you must cancel at least 5 days prior to class date for a FULL refund.
  • If you cancel 3-5 days prior to class, there is a 50% forfeiture fee deducted from your class fee. You may choose to transfer to another class if available, with a $20 transfer fee plus additional registration fee if applicable.
  • If you cancel less than 3 days prior to class, your class fee is 100% forfeitedTransfer to another class is not available with less than a 3 day cancellation.
  • If WE cancel the class you will be offered a full refund or we will transfer your payment to another class.

Join us for this fun, fused project! We'll experiment with positive and negative shapes while playing with color and design elements. The class project is a wall hanging measuring approximately 20" x 27" (up to 20" x 36"). Carol will offer suggestions for several ways to use these fused collages. She will also give you a free pattern for a mini journal cover that you can make later from a small fabric collage. Carol will bring her die cutters and a variety of circle dies for you to use. No sewing machine is required unless you wish to work on the mini journal cover during the class.

Come join us for the Oklahoma Shuffle quilt class. This is a fabulous quilt for a quick gift you have to make for someone. It's a great "man" quilt or can easily be converted to a baby quilt. It is one of the most versatile quilts to make. If you are an embroidery person, you will find there are plenty of blocks that would be perfect for embroidery. This quilt is perfect for the beginning quilter and up. It is a great quilt for that last minute gift and can be made in a weekend. . Need a quilt for a charity event? This is your quilt. A huge advantage is that you will be cutting the quilt out on custom dies that are used with Cathy's AccuQuilt Studio.

I'll share my favorite fusing techniques while we make colorful postcards using fused, raw-edge applique. You can actually mail these postcards if you want, or use them as gifts, frame them, or swap with friends.

In this class, you will learn the exciting trending technique of collage quilting. No need to bring a sewing machine to this class. You won't need it. Be ready to unlock those creative juices and to learn a technique that is new and fun. By the end of class, you will be totally comfortable with the process and have the confidence to complete the quilt. Come and join the fun and learn something new.

Eileen Urbanek will be here to teach Judy Niemeyer patterns. Need help on your projects? Eileen is a certified Niemeyer instructor and can assist you with any issues you are having. She can help you with any of your on going projects. You need to have taken a class with Eileen once before. Dates are Sep 29, 30 and Oct 1, 2022 - you can sign up for one or all of the series. Class cost is $25 per day - register online or call the shop at 972-881-7750.
